Fyndra — a person who has been found in danger on the frontier and whose claim is not yet decided.
Notes
A person found and not yet decided about. The condition is real and often very short.
A finder who already knows what they intend marks them at once, and there is no reason not to. The Koeler settles the matter for everyone they will meet on the road, and a Waendra group has been marking skin for as long as it has existed.
The waiting exists only when the finder is weighing it. Whether the person is worth more returned than kept, whether a house will pay, whether the party can carry someone that far. Hours usually. Longer if the answer is difficult, and the Fyndra can see the arithmetic being done.
A woman found alone is rarely a Fyndra for long. The calculation is not difficult and everybody involved knows how it comes out.
