Swaergh — lead. Heavy, soft, and easily worked.
Notes
Shot, weights, ballast, roof flashing and seals. It is not used in pipe, in cookware, or anywhere it would touch food or water, and has not been for as long as anyone can remember.
The Academy settled that question centuries ago and nobody has reopened it. Those who work Swaergh do so under rules — washed after, never eaten beside — and the trade is understood to cost its people something.
