Notes
The only word for it, used alike by a physician writing a prescription and by two women talking in a kitchen. There is no formal variant and no polite circumlocution; the matter is not one the Known World finds delicate.
One dose holds until it is reversed with Wynyvra. Free women choose whether to take it and most do. Slaves are on it as a matter of course, and it is not a thing anybody discusses with them.
