Keicha — hands to the head. A display command.
Notes
Both hands to the back of the head, elbows wide, ankles crossed, weight settled onto one hip. Raising the arms opens the chest and lengthens the whole line of the body, and crossing the legs narrows the stance and throws the hip out further.
Entirely vertical, which is why it is the first pose called for in a cage. It is also tiring, and is given for the length of a look rather than held through an afternoon.
