Presluc
Stage Modern CLT
Pronunciation /ˈpɾe.sluk/
Part of speech Noun
Etymology from Middle Presyōrlukē, from Proto presyorluk
Related words Redrym

Presluc — the dice game of doubling; eight-sided dice and a pot that doubles until somebody folds.

Notes

Played everywhere, on any surface, by anyone. Eight faces and doubling scores, because the world counts that way and always has. Fast, loud, and the reason a laborer's week can disappear between the twelfth bell and the fifteenth.
