Vessa — the garden flower, in many bred varieties.
Notes
Grown for no purpose but to be looked at, which is precisely the point and is understood as such. The Academy gardens at Shining Reach hold the largest collection in the world and the varieties bred there carry the names of their breeders. Cut Vessa in a room is a small statement about a household’s leisure. In Clearhold the stone gardens use them sparingly and with exact placement; in Eldershore they are everywhere and nobody counts them.
