Raekwyth — to abandon a contest in anger rather than concede it properly.
Notes
Distinct from conceding, which is honorable, and from a tactical withdrawal, which is sensible. A Raekwyth is walking away because you are angry, and it leaves the matter unresolved on purpose.
A serious thing. It sits close to refusing a challenge, and a person who does it more than once acquires a reputation that follows them.
