Teraell is an invented world. Everything on this wiki and in the Oathbond World Bible — its laws, customs, institutions, philosophy, and the practice of slavery it describes — is fiction, written for the purpose of storytelling, game design, and world-building. It is not a description of any real place, people, practice, or person, including the Owner. The Owner's private life is not the subject of this work, is not described by it, and should not be inferred from it.

It is not instruction, and it contains no safety information

Nothing here is advice or instruction. Teraell depicts slavery, servitude, corporal correction, the buying and selling of people, and unequal relationships as facts of an invented society, and acknowledges that sexual service exists within it. Depicting a thing is not approving of it, and describing how an invented society does a thing is not describing how to do it.

Some readers may find the setting's ideas — the Oathbond, station, service, obligation — meaningful, and may discuss them, or draw on them, in their own lives or communities, including communities built around consensual power-exchange or BDSM. That is their choice and their responsibility.
